Titanfall 1 removed from Library

Titanfall 1 was removed from my library. Customer support refuses to restore the game to my account and insists that it was removed due to an expired EA Play subscription or that I personally contacted customer support to remove the game, neither are true. Is there another avenue where I can escalate this issue? EA has essentially stolen a game from my account.
