Titanfall 2 - “This Profile is not permitted to play online”

every time i try to play titanfall 2 multiplayer, it just says “This Profile is not permitted to play online”, even though no parental controls are enabled, including anything else that keeps me from...

Hello, when I tried to play the multiplayer mode of Titanfall 2 on my PS4 Pro, I got the error that this profile is not allowed to be online. Can you help me?

Hey @toprakplayer48 

Can we try the following first?

  • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
  • Verify you signed into your PSN account
  • Check for updates 
  • Restore Licence
  • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  • Open your PS5 NAT Type
  • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
