every time i try to play titanfall 2 multiplayer, it just says “This Profile is not permitted to play online”, even though no parental controls are enabled, including anything else that keeps me from...

I just bought Titanfall 2 Ultimate Edition and was really hoping to play multiplayer again, but I can't figure out what is wrong with it because it's telling me "Profile not permitted to play online". I've searched up everything, but nothing seems to be working. I play on Xbox Series X. Think anyone can help me out?
