Titanfall 2 - Jump Starter Pack - Missing Currency

I opened a support ticket on help.ea.com, and the support staff (on chat) directed me to this community forum - we all know how useful community forums are when your enquiry relates to EA purchases not awarding you the advertised items!

But, let's get to it;

I purchased the Jump Starter Pack for the in-game currency, as I couldn't be bothered to grind out more credits for a skin - but the credits, advertised as 500 in-game currency, were never awarded, neither were the (10) 2 x XP tickets. I recently Regenerated, so I can confirm the Pilot Tacticals were awarded as advertised, as was the R-201 Underground Elite weapon skin.

Where to from here? If the suggested course of action is a post on a community forum, as a "bug report", then there is no hope of this ever being rectified. Respawn has been running a skeleton crew on Titanfall 2 ever since the release of Apex Legends - they are likely overburdened.

Chances are this problem will not be resolved, and player/user feedback is the only interaction this post will receive - so I'll wait two business days before refunding and consider it "resolved", because there is zero chance of EA stepping in to fix something that isn't making them large sums of money.
