I am sorry to hear about your holidays, hope things are better now. As for the issue, I know it should not be like this, but I have not seen any other players with the same issue since, and it can be very difficult to pin point the reason behind this due to great difference in PC hardware and software. Let me know, should HDMI make any difference.
Cheers,
Archi
Hi I've tested with just DVI-D yesterday and I got a 'VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR' and a BSOD the first time, the second time I could play an entire match without (from what I could tell) much/any audio stutter. Just disabling the HDMI audio source in windows didn't help.
Besides that I've noticed that when I get the lagspikes my mouse doesn't register all movements.

Hello @DreadZep and thank you for report.
Did the you have Origin in game activated for Ttitanfall 2? Turning this option off can resolve the mouse issue. And as for HDMI, I wonder if the cable itself can be an issue. Do you also have an MSI Afterburner installed?

As for the cable, I am referring to my own personal experience. Like I had a terrible connection issue between my receiver and TV, connected with HDMI cable. My PlayStation 4 was going black screen every 2 min, and after a few troubleshooting steps, I discovered, the issue was in fact the HDMI cable. It is hard to believe, but replacing cable resolved this straight away. HDMI can be messy and strange somehow. You do know, there are different HDMI versions, all the way up to 2.1. And you can`t use the older versions to stream UHD content or 3D content. So, if your cable is old, like mine was, it can cause some issues. Sorry for me being carried away over this 🙂
Also, try to disable MSI Afterburner, and let me know the result.
Cheers,
Archi

The problem you had with your cable sounds like it was at least partially broken. But I've never experienced an issue like this before. And seeing how I have a separate sound system and I tried the DVI port on the same screen I normally game with it's not very likely the HDMI cable is the cause.
Furthermore I forgot to mention I've also tested the game on my laptop (I forget the CPU but the GPU is an NVIDIA GTX 850M) and in general (with lowered graphics) it ran almost better than on my gaming rig.
And I'll try disabling afterburner next time =]
Edit: Of course I made sure the laptop was using the GPU, had taken the battery out and connected the power supply and made sure it had a cable connection. All in the name of semi-proper test results.
Have a good one,

No problem @EA_Archi I just want to play the game without being able to blame the lag for my terrible failings ;P
And sadly closing afterburner had little to no effect.
I've also noticed that I have syncing problems with titanfall 2 but just on this pc, my laptop seems unaffected.
Meaning every time I start or close titanfall 2 I'll get a popup saying there has been a syncing error.
