Titanfall 2 Can't Connect to Match with Friend(s) [PS4]

Hello,

I purchased Titanfall 2 for PS4 in 2017 and have really enjoyed it since then. I was unable to play with my roommates until very recently due to the way our network was set up, which prevented us from being able to invite each other. However, we recently changed the way our network was set up, and we no longer have any issues inviting each other. Instead, we can play together for a few matches, anywhere from 5-10, before I suddenly get the problem of being unable to connect to a match while in a party with my roommates. 

We can get into a party just fine, and we can even find a match just fine. However, everyone else gets to load into the match while I get disconnected and returned to the multiplayer screen. I've tried restarting Titanfall 2, restarting my PS4, and even uninstalling and reinstalling Titanfall 2. It worked for another 5-10 matches after I reinstalled it, only to break again. It's not worth having to uninstall and reinstall Titanfall 2 every 5-10 matches. 

What's going on, and is there any way this can be fixed?
