Update for future browsers: I decided to go full nuclear. I removed every trace of Origin from my computer, I did a clean boot and I removed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributible SP1 2010 and 2012, the ones I believe Titanfall 2 uses. Then I installed Origin on one of my other harddrives and reinstalled Titanfall 2. It worked. I don't know why it worked this time and frankly I'm not gonna reproduce this issue if I can ever help it. Hopefully this helps you.
