Titanfall 2 eating up enormous amounts of GPU Load

Currently when I attempt to play titanfall 2 it is taking up around 91% of my GPU Load on average and this isn't good as it heats my GPU up to extreme temperatures even with the fans on at 100%. I have tried contacting EA Support multiple times and now the chat option isn't even available as every option they had me try made me restart my computer kicking me off the chat and its a bit absurd at this point as my problem is still occurring and I still cannot play titanfall 2 on the lowest graphical settings possible.

I would be extremely grateful if someone could solve this issue because so far I've just been not helped sufficiently by anyone and I'm tired of following troubleshooting guide after troubleshooting guide to end up right where I started.

Edit : It apparently says now Titanfall 2 is eating up 510% of my GPU load at certain points when I attempt to run testing of this issue.

This is the best picture I could get every time I tab out of Titanfall it would reduce the load back down to the regular 12%.

The same is now happening with Apex Legends.

I have done some extensive testing on my system and it seems only origin games are causing this to occur.

@RunImInYourHouse this might be a dumb question but have you tried disabling origin in-game for those games or just in general.

@RunImInYourHouse iirc the texture streaming budget option on tf2 is broken in a way that using any other settings other than low and the highest one will cause a memory leak so maybe try changing that?

@RunImInYourHouse dumb idea but i feel like maybe setting your power management setting in the nvidia control panel to max performance could maybe help? i’d recommend only doing this for titanfall and apex though so your gpu gets to chill out when you’re not playing.

@RunImInYourHousedo the games still run even when this issue occurs or do you get drops and such?

your pc might just have bad cooling or something. my pc can have cpu and gpu at 100% without even heating up.

and i feel like having your gpu at 90% when you play graphically demanding games is rather normal. Actually you want your gpu to be near 100% while gaming. if it’s low% that means you have a cpu bottleneck

I have ruled out bad cooling completely, I have a 2080 super and I can run games like crisis and stalker while not even breaching the 53 celsius mark its only on apex legends and titanfall, both of these games are run via origin and something causes origin to skullfuck my computer and makes my graphics card run an upwards of 65 celsius, it could probably get higher but I don’t want to take my chances.
edit: the games run at about 15ish frames making them nearly unplayable, its very upsetting since I can’t play titanfall due to the fast paced nature of the game and it really makes me upset.
