Titanfall 2 file corruption detected

Whenever I try and open Titanfall 2 the game opens then gets to the loading screen and  suddenly a new window pops up saying that there was a corruption detected.

Things I've tried:

  1. Repairing/Reinstalling the game
  2. deleting the documents folder
  3. reinstalling origin
  4. restarting computer
  5. checking for OS corruption

Any help would be amazing The game used to run just fine.

    Here is a picture of the error.  I have never been able to play this game (was purchased through Steam, but I have Origin installed too).  Other Origin games work fine, and all the repair steps above have not been successful.
