Titanfall 2 is not starting

Titanfall 2 is not starting. The game is not trial. But origin say this "you've completed your trial". I bought the game from "amazon.de"

    Hello @sword61.

    Try this steps:

    - Make clean boot
    - exit from Origin

    - close any programs such this

    - download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin

    - delete folders:
    C:\ProgramData\Origin\
    C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Origin\
    C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Origin\
    C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License\

    - delete all content of this folders (skip any errors):

    C:\Users\BMM\AppData\Local\Temp\

    C:\Winfows\Temp\ 

    - run Origin as Admin

    - try install/play a game

    - if it not helped, please, attach to a message txt file of dxdiag.

    Yes. I think there is a problem on my desktop computer . Because It worked on my laptop. I'm reinstalling the operating system (windows 7).

    @sword61

    For total removal of the folders, you can best boot in safe mode. Some of the files you want to delete can be loaded in windows at startup. Using safe boot prevents these files from loading in windows so you can safely remove them without getting nagged by windows. Reboot afterwards in clean boot as described by @MADrag0n.
