so many people kicked and tou do nothing EA sucks adn is the last time we buy game from you
I finally got an email few days ago:
Dear Customer,
We have received your message regarding the action taken on your account.
EA's Terms of Service team are looking into this issue and will respond once the matter has been fully investigated according to our internal policies.
In order to thoroughly examine the matter there may be a delay in responding, however we will endeavour to provide you with a resolution in a timely manner.
Please note we are currently experiencing high volumes and this may result in a minimum delay of 72 hours. Please do not submit further appeals as this may reset your place in the queue. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

After 72 hours has pass, I did not get anything from them. So I wrote back and again they sent me EXACTLY the same email and to wait another 72 Hours.
So I decided to go on Fairfight forum in Facebook. I ask someone in there to help and the administrator did respond and I have explain the problem that I was having. Here what he tell me:

I have the same problem. I think I emailed them 6 times and got different replies that don't make sense. in one of them they referred to a different game...
It's like they don't read the emails at all.
Did anyone get anywhere with their support? any advice?

- ApprovedAnonymous8 years agoNothing, they don't care. 2 months now and they kept goi g around the bush and not helping me at all. Now they don't even respond anymore. They ignore you. So basically come down 2 things: buy a new game or the he'll with them, they got your money and don't give a rat booty about your problems.
