@EA_Kent here is my dxdiag
I appreciate it!
Looking through the DxDiag I didn't notice anything that jumps out as a likely cause for the issue, unfortunately. There is something else I was curious about. What happens if you create a new Admin user in Windows and launch Titanfall 2 from there?
For more information on how to set up a new Admin user check out the Microsoft support website. Let me know if you're still not able to access multiplayer after that. Thanks!

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent No, doing this didn't change anything ☹️

Thanks for giving that a shot.
I'll pass these details along for a look. When you have a chance can you run an Origin Error Report and send the report ID to me here?
For more info on how to run the report check out the EA Help website. Once you have the ID please post it here. Thanks again.

I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share on this at the moment. If I hear back with more information I'll update this thread to let you know.
Thanks again for your patience on this!/Kent

Hey everyone.
Are you all still having any issues accessing the multiplayer menu in Titanfall 2?

I began having this issue since today, was fine yesterday
- 5 years ago
Been having this issue for a while now. Since I got the game on steam. Though, this isn't the first application for this to happen on. For some reason it's both titanfall 2 and another program I use, but I don't know how relevant that would be.
I'll give whatever details are needed. But I wanna ask a question to the people who are on this thread. When did you buy your computer? Was it in 2020 or around December 2019? Or did you have the computer before then and bought the game recently?
I bought my pc around the end of 2019, and bought the game like 3 days ago

I dont know what happened but it suddenly works
- 5 years ago
For me I've been having the issue since I purchased the game on steam. Mind you, I haven't played it for a few years. I'm going to try something for a moment.

So! Update, like with the previous application I had issues with, for some ungodly reason it works on my previous computer. I think it's either a hardware or software issue. Either with windows or with the physical hardware put into computers recently. There's an update for windows I'm going to try and see if that does anything. If we can narrow this down at all, that'd be best.

Update 3, even after the updates from windows, the game still runs and access online. No "Searching for Data Center" constantly. Just instantly connected to Salt Lake City. So, the new PC is still having that issue. This isn't some sort of coincidence. Something's genuinely off.

@EA_Kent Do you think you can get this to someone from Respawn, EA, anyone with tech knowhow to analyze what's going on? If I'm having this problem, there must be others out there who need a solution for this as well.
- 5 years ago@Hydrofreeze98 I don't have another pc to test it on but this is the same issue that I have. Hopefully they don't need huge numbers with this problem to make the change.
- 5 years ago@themastersword08 This is going to sound weird, but the other program I had trouble with is called DAZ3D. I was wondering if, since you say you're having the same problem as me, see if you can download the 64 bit version of DAZ3D Studio (should be to v4.12 at writing), and see if you can log in.
If DAZ3D Studio crashes upon trying to log in, that means that you have the exact same problem as me. - EA_Kent5 years ago

Thanks for the updates!
I'll continue passing along these details. 👍

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent I tried to do something else as well. Tried using an external adapter (NETGEAR WNDA3100v2) and tried to connect that way. Still no luck. Next thing I could try is with Ethernet though. I'll see how well that works.

I had similuar problems, on and off for some time. It finds a database but is stuck at contacting respawn servers. I always blamed it on server issues, but my friends could play no problem today.
- 5 years ago@1116574 I guess this goes not only to you, but to everyone else? What are you all playing on?
Currently trying to play this on a Dell XPS 13 2 in 1 with an RTX 2080Ti Gaming Box from Gigabyte. The gaming box shouldn't be affecting it. It's the laptop itself that's throwing everything off. - EA_Kent5 years ago

Hi everyone.
If you're still having trouble with this could you do me a favor? Try running a UO Trace and direct message me the results when you can.
For more information on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results you can message them to me directly. Thanks!

I got the UO Trace results you sent. I'll forward them along to the team. I'm afraid I don't have any updates at the moment, but I appreciate the patience on this.

- 5 years ago@EA_Kent I found something that might be important. Got another computer to check this out with, but it looks like that the laptops some people are trying to play with are using Wifi 6. I tested this out on a Dell XPS 13 2 in 1 7390 that has a Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650, and on a Lenovo Yoga C940 that has an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201. While the only one that works is an Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567 laptop that has an Intel Dual Band AC-3165.
The important thing to note here, is that while the Intel 3165 can work with both 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows...the Wi-Fi 6 ones only work with 64 bit windows. - 5 years ago
I feel like I mentioned this in a previous post...most likely I did.
I tried to connect to the game server by using an eGPU that has an ethernet port on it. Specifically the 2080ti Gaming Box from Gigabyte. That didn't work. Trying to bypass the wifi card alone is not enough. So, I'm still stuck in terms of what to do. The only remaining hypothesis is that computers that are built with Wifi 6 cards or similar must have some software missing that prevents 32 bit applications from connecting to the internet. Or, the 32 bit application tries to connect to the internet, but the 64 bit operating system doesn't know how to communicate. So, in short, program dies midway through.
