Titanfall 2. Multiplayer. This profile is not permitted to play online

I haven't found any answers searching old topic threads. I'm on an Xbox 1. Have a gold subscription.  Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks for getting back to me. We'll go through some troubleshooting. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

  • Hi, I’m on Xbox and I’ve done all you’ve recommended but it still says I cannot. Anything else from here?

    I can't think of anything else that would cause this. Can you try contact Xbox support to see if they notice any issues with your account that would prevent online play?
