titanfall 2 not downloading
I bought titanfall 2, but then a day later my ea account got banned, then unbanned. after I logged back in titanfall 2 wasn't shown in my library, but in the store catalogue it said I still own ultimate edition. I tried to download it from there but after "preparing" it always says "download error". I tried app recovery and it didn't work. How else could I troubleshoot it? I reported it to support but they're not responding. HELP.
