Thanks for the update! To confirm were you able to try the other steps mentioned?

If so, we may be running into an issue we have seen similar reports on. For more info check out our post: EA games Missing from EA app Library Since Nov 15, 2023

There is no "my collection", but if you mean my games > library then I already said: titanfall 2 isn't shown there.
