Same issue here. I tried the same steps as you with no luck.
I'm posting my DxDiag too in case it helps.
Since no update has been given to me yet, I looked at more posts and I tried the last solution on this post, both for the titanfall2.exe and titanfall2_trial.exe with no luck.
