The game requires either an actual Quad-core CPU or one of the HyperThread capable i3 / i5 dual core CPUs with enough spare speed to emulate a quad, which a Pentium cannot do, sorry.

I have reviewed your DxDiag, and I have seen no trouble flags that I have recognized, sorry!
As it was found out in another thread Origin and TF2 must be launched in the same language. Now it works for me.

Im not a hardware person, so im not going to argue, but the specs say i3 or equivalent. When looking at the i3 in question it had a processing power of 3.20 ghz, same as mine. Im not going to say i should be able to run the game flawlessly, but it should at least open up and allow me to even see the game.
