Thanks for the response, I'm using NVIDIA hardware, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

Windows version (is fully updated or like some pelbs and not a single update ever?)
Ram amount and type (DDR2, DDR3, DDR4)
CPU
Do you have any Overclocked parts? Namely video card.
Do you have latest drivers?
Have you ever updated your video card BIOS?

Windows 10 and fully updated. 8 gb of ram, and DDR3. The CPU is Intel Pentium Processor G3285, speed is 3.20 GHz, no overclocked parts, I have the latest drivers, never updated my video card BIOS.

I suggest updating your video card BIOS. It is not very hard to do.
Go to the website of the vendor of your video card, not nvidias web site.
So if your video card is EVGA go to www.evga.com and search up the model of your video card. find the bios for the windows version you have. It will be either a single file self contained exe that runs it automatically for you, or it will be a BIOS file you use with NVFLASH. Most newer cards use the exe type that does it automatically.If it is an NVFLASH one, it should have a explanation with it explaining how to use it.
If you have problems please list the exact model and vendor of your video card and I will walk you through it.
after changing bios you might have to reinstall the nvidia drivers.
Some other suggestions
Try right clicking on the desktop and going to nvidia control panel. Look at the manage 3d settings. Check both GLOBAL settings and the settings for TITANFALL2. Look at things that are not set to automatic, or anything set to something it shouldnt be. Make sure multi cpu usage optimization option is on ect ect
Try changing desktop resolution to something lower. try different resolutions and see if anything will at least load up.- Approved
Alright, I tried all of those, still does the same thing.
