You have poor Intel Trash instead of a real video device, with perhaps 15% of the performance that is required. You only have 50% of the cpu cores required, The game needs a quad, or for a Hyperthreaded i3 / i5, enough speed to spare so it emulates a quad correctly, sorry!

Internet Connection - 512Kbps or faster- But this doesnt answer why the game is not starting. From other high spec games like watchdoga 2, mind u, i believe it is even heavier to run than titanfall 2, the game still starts and i can play it when i my game settings, this allows me to run the game smoothly. What i believe is that in a low specs pc, a game will srill start but except it will lag severely.
