Titanfall 2 Progress deleted (PC)

I have about 4-5 hours in the campaign which I gained over multiple sessions of playing. However suddenly, now when I click 'continue' on the campaign it takes me to he part just after the training simulation, even though I am way past that. Is there a solution to this? because I don't feel like doing the whole campaign again. I'm playing on pc through steam.
