I have just been affected by this same problem to date, the video extracts correspond exactly to what is happening to me and when I bought the game the problem had started a long way off (I bought the game in June 2021) EA sold me a broken game that was hacked by a group or person that prevents people from playing, I paid 30 euros to play a game that would have cost 1/10 of that price because the multiplayer mode is unavailable and that the campaign (while remaining beautiful) is very short.
