Titanfall 2 response curve for controller aiming

There is 

classic

steady

fine aim 

high velocity

etc.

fine aim and high velocity are opposites of each other.

But what is the difference between classic and steady. I couldn't tell the differences. After some testing both classic and steady feels the same somewhat. (intuitively, they feel a bit different. But I cannot tell what that difference is. Any ideas anyone?

  • figured out what steady is. it is like a middle ground between fine aim and classic. The inner analog movement is less sensitive, allowing a better aim control. While the movement towards the middle and outer diameter of the aim analog is similar to that of classic. The differences can be subtle but after playing a mission or so, you really start to appreciate the steadiness vs the classic.
