HI @Norgyyyy Thanks for the update,
To confirm can we try the following if you have not?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
If Titanfall continues not to save, would it be possible to test this on a new user or admin account?
Hello, again
So i did repair and verify on both the steam app and the EA so its not something from there. Next i did run the system file checker tool from the steps and it didn't find anything, i also updated my drivers and windows to the latest updates. Furthermore, i installed and repaired the VC++ files of the game from the guide and then i also did a clean reboot and only opened the game with steam background and EA background apps and still nothing was saving when i relaunched the game with different settings. I also added my brothers steam and EA account on this pc and it still didn't save on his account either. I also disabled firewall just in case the anti virus was blocking the saving progress but to no avail. In a few hours i'm going to try to see if the settings will save on my brothers pc while we are running my steam account and EA. This is really strange as no other steam game i have on my library has the same problem, or any other game i have installed in that matter.

Hi @Norgyyyy, Apologies to confirm is your 2nd screenshot of your documents folder?
In order to create one, you just want to go to Documents, create a new folder titled "Respawn", then boot the game and check if you can make changes to settings and play a bit of story to see if it saves.
You can verify, after launching TF2 and going to that Respawn folder and checking if you have one created for Titanfall2.
Also to confirm did you have this issue on your brothers PC? - 3 years ago
Hello there Norgy here once more i created the folder and a changed the settings also played the first chapter of the campaign and sadly it still resets....Now for the question about my brothers pc he is not currently at his pc so i will inform you in 1-2 days if we have any differences with the game folders! above and below you can see what the last 2 folders have inside the one with the name local and the other profile!

Hello so here is the deal I Installed Titanfall 2 on my new desktop and everything was fine at first nothing crashed everything in multiplayer is fine i lost nothing there but when i went to the campaign and it all went as well i thought but then i turned off my Desktop and when i woke up and opened Titanfall 2 i couldn't open my save file and i couldn't use any checkpoints so i tried reinstalling the game but that didn't work so i tried looking online for help i was told to move it (By "it" i mean the "Documents" folder) to ether drive E: or S: but i don't have them for some reason (or any other ones i only had C: i guess they didn't come installed in my Desktop) and i was also told to check my block history but nothing so i am stuck and now i don't know what to do.
(Side note: on my other Desktop it work fine it saved my game and checkpoints worked well)
