titanfall 2 won't launch (Steam)

hello, I need help, a few days ago I bought titanfall 2 on steam and since then I have not been able to make it start, I have been trying for several days to do all the solutions I find on the internet but absolutely nothing works, when I press play on origin or steam it just takes as if The game was running but nothing finished launching, I have already tried to reinstall it, check the files on steam, update the system and drivers but nothing works, if someone could help me I would really appreciate it.
