Are you getting any error messages at all? Also, just to check, is it crashing when you try to get into a game or when you click play on the EA app (Or whichever launcher you use)?

@EA_QueenBeeNo it doesnt show any error messages , it crashes when I click play
@EA_QueenBeeAnd I re-download the game one time and re-downloaded all the Microsoft visual c++ redistributables
