Are you getting any error messages at all? Also, just to check, is it crashing when you try to get into a game or when you click play on the EA app (Or whichever launcher you use)?

@EA_QueenBeeAnd I re-download the game one time and re-downloaded all the Microsoft visual c++ redistributables

Hey @YessSoundNoClap,
I'm seeing a lot of errors in your DxDiag. Can you try running the System File Checker to see if that helps to fix some of those?
