Titanfall Connection Problems

Hello

I am from Lebanon and I have xbox one with a canadian account

I bought the digital copy of Titanfall and downloaded it successfully

My internet connection is very good and I always play COD Ghosts

I opened the ports you wrote about in your help successfully

Until now I couldn't play a single game of titanfall

Connection to North Europe servers pings at 80ms

I always enter the lobby find a game and when I am waiting for it to begin it gives " retrying connection to server" then 

'Lost connection to server    connection timed out"    then the game restarts

i AM FRUSTRATED MY MONEY FOR TITANFALL ARE WASTED

I can't play a single game

Also I think that this game is a complete failure since it doesn't give an option to play split screen offline

At least EA if you don't want to waste resources on offline campaign then at least issue a patch to give us ability to play 4 players split screen offline

which will decrease pressure on online servers so every player will benefit

I think games recipe for success could be found in Halo franchise which give you full customization for game and many options to play online and offline

Also COD franchise has 75% recipe for success if the company adds a good cover system and adds vehicles and increase customization options and return to 4 players split screen instead of 2 players in Ghosts

Please help me in to solve my connection problem in Titanfall
