Your symptom is so vague, so generic, so common, that unless you provide a great deal more information than you have so far, no one here will have any kind of suggestion for you, other than "More Data".

I and many others are having this problem, the game Crashes To Desktop the moment you enter private lobby. It seems they removed support for DX10 and changed the mimum requirements so the game is DX11 only now, even when DX10 users could play the beta and all the way up til the April 10th patch when they removed support. If you are having this problem check to see if you have a DX11 compatible graphics card, if you don't then you're out of luck unless they decide to change it back.
"OK so after some digging and communications on other forums I think we have narrowed down the issue. It seems that everyone who is having this issue has a GPU that does not support DX11. According to what I have read about DX11, the program is built to automatically scale down to what your GPU supports - as long as the primary program (titanfall.exe in this case) is properly coded to do this. Basically we have DX11 installed, so when we run DXDiag it shows that we have DX11, but because our GPUs don't actually support DX11, in most cases games and such that run in DX11 will automatically scale it down to DX10.1 or whatever the highest version of DX the GPUs support.
For some reason this does not happen with Titanfall. It sounds like it did, at one point in time, do this. Some people have claimed to have been able to play the Beta and can not play the retail at this point. I don't know if anyone was able to play the retail and it stopped working after the 4/10/14 patch, or if everyone who is encountering this now is working off the post 4/10/14 build of the install file. Most of the cases I have seen are from people who purchased and installed the game AFTER the latest patch. I hope Respawn can find a solution to this issue soon. I know there are a lot of gamers out there wanting to play this right now who can't."

Actually, the Beta was variable regarding the Radeon HD 4000 series. With the correct drivers, most worked. There was no problem with Geforce cards that provided Dx10, and not Dx11, on the Beta. When released, Radeon HD 4nnn cards didn't seem to work well at all, and as far as I know, the only thing needed to make an old Geforce work was turning off the AA function.
A Beta level Radeon driver offered some potential, however, many laptop cards in that generation couldn't use that driver. I've not learned of any change affecting Geforces since the initial release.
The OP on this thread made no mention of any error message about video card failures.
