gravitysmack3d, do you have any other overlays active perhaps? Fraps, or something like Teamspeak, Mumble, etc? It seems like this game doesn't like any sort of overlay, with the Origin overlay being one that most players will have on by default.
I also notice some mouse lag and increased screen tearing with the Origin overlay enabled, so I prefer to run with it disabled. Unfortunately as of now you can't invite/join to parties if you have it off.

Exactly the same problem, same error on windows 7 pro x64 with AMD radeon HD 6970.
Only Titanfall crashing on exit but when overlay is disable, the game working fine on exit.
But when i disable Origin Overlay on Titanfall, i have sometimes somes problems to recover Origin on my desk and oblige to close and restart it for replaying this game.
Don't know why ...
