Could you please provide us some details about your actual hardware and try the following steps:
- Update Direct X
- Clean boot your operation system: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Update your Origin client and repair your game from your "My Games" library (Origin -> My Games -> right-click on Titanfall -> Repair Game)
