FIXING TITANFALL LAUNCH CRASHING

I would suggest that you try temporarily disabling
any firewalls you have running on your system: - •
Software firewalls can simply be turned off, usually
by right clicking on the icons
near your clock and selecting "Close" or "Exit". •
Hardware firewalls should be bypassed by going from
the computer directly to your modem, skipping any
router you may have.
Open Windows Firewall by clicking the Start button ,
clicking Control Panel, clicking Security, and then clicking
Windows Firewall.
Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off. If you are prompted
for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password
or provide confirmation.
Click Off (not recommended), and then click OK.

Most of us are not experiencing a crash on launch, we are experiencing a crash mid-game. This is a separate issue.
Also, turning off all of your security and spending 15 minutes of prep every time you want to play the game is laughable.
- THEzRude12 years agoNew NoviceNot every time, did that once and now it works perfectly.
- Anonymous12 years agoI have this exact crash. The game loads all the menus fine, then I click on Training, wait for the game engine to load, and then I just get a blank screen. When I ctrl-alt-del, it tells me that "Titanfall.exe has stopped working." I have tried everything from reinstalling, disabling firewall/antivirus, disabling SLI, updating drivers, etc.
For the love of god help please!
