Missing soldier collector edition

Hello

i have a case..

i brought the collector edition titanfall for xbox one..

i brought from the ebay seller..

i arrived today but some 2 soldier missing..

i ask the seller he said "I put tape over the the space

where the soldiers are just to secure them more

because I didn't want them coming loose and falling in the box."

can i just request another soldier from EA ?

i will pay for it..

That does not sound like a fault in the production of the statue, It seems that the box was opened by the seller and he would need to provide a replacement for your article. You can always get in contact with one of our Game Advisor if you have further questions but there is not much we can do here in Answer HQ.

its not the seller.. i trust him and he sended the item by fedex..
i dont blame anyone..
i just request some replace soldier..
i will pay for it..
could you do something like that?
