3. Type in the name of the affected game
4. Select 'Next' at the bottom right
5. Select your platform and then 'Next' again
6. Select topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I tried, but did not get a satisfactory response and the treatment was very condescending.
In essence, they told me that my problem is due to restrictions with the trial time that are not visible to users. How is that possible?
Finally I lost the connection for a moment and when it came back the chat session was already ended and the issue was closed.
For my part, the only logical reaction to the EA's answer is to uninstall all your games, uninstall Origin and not play any EA's game again. It's a shame!
