Titanfall HD content won't download on xbox 360

Alright I'm just going to come right out; I got titanfall the first day it came out for xbox360 and a few weeks later it starts optimizing and stops optimizing at just the ending of the download and says couldn't store Hd content to the xbox360 hard drive Titanfall cannot continue and will now exit. Now I don't know what's going with this but either Microsoft or titanfall need to fix this now I can't play and I paid 60$ for it ; I tried getting a new disc but by the time I had this problem it was past 30 days so I'm thinking its a scam cause it stop work just after I could returne the game. Now I can't my favorite game nor Microsoft or Titanfall will help me fix this problem; there lacking; if they can't fix this. If anyone else has this problem let me know
