Titanfall HD content won't download on xbox 360

I have a 360 elite with a 120gb HDD with over 40gb free and when I try to download the hd content it stops around 3/4 and says couldn't store hd content to xbox 360 jar drive Titanfall cannot continue...

I have bought this for my son. it worked the first time he played it but since then i am getting the same problem. Have tried all the fixes but none work anyone got any new ideas?

    Lonkyconk I have it two but for my grandson it worked for a month he didn't play for a month or two then it broke.
