Titanfall HD content won't download on xbox 360

So I tossed the disc out and bought titanfall off the market place which now the game optimizes the hd content but now the new problem is that when I hit play it attempts the 8 connections and upon the 8th one it just starts retrying the connections all over again and once again still no game play.
