I have a problem within the gameplay when I bind "Mouse Wheel Down" to "jump/dash", it doesn't work during the game. I've played many fps games like counter-strike for a long time now with "jump" bound to "Mouse Wheel Down" so it's very hard for me to get used to another jump key.

I'm using the Razer Naga 2014 mouse. I've tried another mouse I had laying around and it also didn't work.
Since you have a Razer Naga you can bind the action you want to a random unused key (for example + on the numpad or something) on your keyboard and use the Razer Configurator to switch the function of the mouse button you want to the key you bound for the game. Thats what i did on my Naga Hex for several other games and it works beautifully.
But I won't be able to scroll down during the options menu or anywhere else cause "Mouse wheel down" will be bound as "
(bound key)"
