Titanfall is not saving my multiplayer progress.

So has anyone else been experiencing this issue? I have been playing titanfall for the last few days and I have 15 hrs played including campaign but when I log in and play on multiplayer it is not sa...

i level up and the moment i log off it gets wiped away completely and i revert back into my previous level and customization, in short i cant make any progress on the game (console edition)
