Why don't you try the clean boot diagnostic procedure?
It's fixed now.
Not to sure what happened.
- Updated video drivers.... game was stuttering...
- Reverted video drivers to older version... game was stuttering..
- Updated video drivers to the orginal current version of them.... no stuttering...
