Titanfall most annoying beep beep noise!!!! video link!!!

Beep Beep... beep beep... beep beep... non stop!!! for no apparent reason. i'm new so maybe there is a reason but i can't believe this is normal or there would be ZERO players. it is sooo loud and annoying.
alt-tabbing and muting just the game in the volume mixer stops the noise along with the rest of the games sounds. playing game with all sounds off is only way i can tolerate playing. Once it starts in game,it continues in the play menu screen. I have to leave the game or go back to main menu (which turns it off about 75% of the time) to make it stop about 5 percent of the time it disappears between matches and will sometimes stay off for about 4-5 minutes into the next game but it'll be back It is extremely loud and it makes me want to stop playing the game.
It is not my GPU or CPU alarms. everything is running fine with those. and it only happens during this game, not even when under a higher load at 20 degree higher temps does this noise replicate in any other game. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!!

Frequency: Every game starting and stopping intermittently but usually once it starts it stays on until a relaunch.
