I would like to buy titanfall for 30 dollars. Problem is I can't thanks to the 10048 error.

Did you read my reply and make your contact with Help Center, as advised?
i also cannot buy titanfall, as i am getting the same error, and i am using a credit card that i use for virtually everything else online, so its not the card, i tried using help center, and i cant find a topic regarding this problem, also, i tried using live chat, but it does not seem to work, or i could not figure it out, instead, i thought i could get some human help, and since i cannot call EA, i have come here

Nothing has changed in the the relationship of Answer HQ to business activity vis a vis Help Center, since I posted the comment above.

What do you mean by you could not use live chat? Are you unable to get that option? When you go to https://help.ea.com/ You will see some choices. Instead of picking one, type in the top right corner next to your account name where it says "search ea help" (sign in if you are not signed in) the following: payment wont go through. Then click enter. Then you will see 2 options. Click on the second one "Origin ordering and payment information facts." On the next screen there will be a bunch of things to choose from. See if your answer is there. If not scroll down to the bottom right and you will see in orange :contact us" and choose that. Enter what is requested and choose " live chat." Do not close the screen. It will eventually pop up that you are waiting for a live chat. For me, it's always worked quickly but for others it has taken a while to get someone.
