Titanfall PC stuck at initializing

I had the game 2 days ago and I haven't been able to play this game at all. I pressed play but all it did was retrieving matching list and counting the 1 of 10, 2 of 10,.... and then INITIALIZING... and it just stucked there forever. I have tried to turn on and off my router and also tried to open the port as some people recommended on EA helps but it didn't help at all. I'm pretty sure my computer is capable of playing Titanfall because I have played the Beta at full graphic. My server is West Europe. My ping always less than 30. Please someone helps me. It has been 2 days.

    Damm it. 

    Waste of money.

    There's nothing that works. Now the game has been out for over 3 weeks. And there are a lot of problems just with that single order to play it.

    It only works one out of tin times I try to play it.

    It only works 1 out of 10 times I try to play it.
    they should give people their money back!

    Suck GAME!!!

    EA, it's been almost a month since the day I got the game. Is there at any point are you going to solve this problem for us? Some are still stucked at this for weeks already with none working solution at all. I don't like spend 40 pounds on a game and being ignored when I haven't been able to play a single second. Just sometimes, read the listen to the problem we have please EA.
