Same problem here. Its released to pre load today, but not for me and i cant pre-load the game, my friend is downloading now

My son's is preloading right now. Me, I have no option for it. This game is too big to have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to try and download it.
Ok, 45min waiting for chat with a CS rep and this is the story I get...They are not letting everyone pre-load at the same time. There should be a date when you go to game info that tells you the date and time you can pre-load. I hope that's wrong because mine says Monday at 9pm. It almost sounds like they are trying to save their servers by doing some sort of lottery to pick batches of people to pre-load.
Either way it really bugs me that I bought my pre-order before my sons and he's all pre-loaded and I'm stuck unsure if I'll even get to play when the servers go live.
Of course this is all coming from CSR. So take it with a grain of salt.
I cannot preload till the 11th or play to the 13th ie Thursday in Aus and there are already people openly playing the game and having a massive advantage ...go team venture
My preload date was yesterday and now the option has disappeared all together.
