Hi, I've purchased Titanfall for the PC and have successfully installed into my laptop and have been playing online for a couple of months but then for some unknown reason, when I tried to play online one day, the game stated that my activation code has already been used and yet I still have game installed in my laptop. Would you be able to help me resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kind attention.
No one in / on Answer HQ has the kind of high level player account access that would be required, and weekends is when only a skeleton staff is available at the largest of regional help center offices. Small offices may be closed entirely over a weekend. The odds are good that you now have a second player account, and if you log out and choose the original player account, you will find the game is still there.
