Titanfall Regen requirements glitch with cannon 40 mm regen 2 lvl 50

If anyone else is having this problem, please report in on this post.  I suspect that i have a corrupt data file somewhere and im at the point where i think i will delete the game and reinstall, losing all progress as playing the game making no progress is useless.  I didnt have this problem until i regenerated.
