titanfall will not open after clicking play on origin

Hi.  Have been playing Titanfall with no problems up until last night (since latest update) now when I go to MY GAMES section in ORIGIN the TITANFALL game is the only one that will not PLAY (The Titanfall logo and PLAY button is pale and inaccessible).

 I've checked for updates,nothing happens.  There is no REPAIR game option on the pull down and I can't activate via the windows desktop icon.

No changes have been made to my system (PC) and I am running Win 8.1 as usual.  Also no changes to my connectivity, firewalls etc etc.

I'm not the only one having this problem as I posted this on the ORIGIN help section, but the moderator their didn't know so suggested I post here instead.
