Titanfall Xbox 360 Server Issues

I'm having difficulty connecting to the Titanfall Datacentres on my Xbox 360. I can connect to the Australian Beta servers but, being a UK resident, the insane PING is useless to me. When I press play it takes some time to connect to those servers and when I begin to play I lose connection within seconds. All the other datacentres remain in searching mode on the selection screen and I cannot chose another one. I was not having this problem a few days ago and it seems to have arisen in the past couple of days, as I could prevously connect to the West US servers without any issuses and I could actually play. I've reset my router and have atempted to open my ports but I'm not that technologically savvy and I cannot access my router through my browser for some reason. I don't know if there's something defferent about the Australian servers, but I cannot seem to find anyone reporting the same issues so it's become very difficult to handle. I can connect to GTA V's online mode and I have attemted to connect via my iPhone's Personal Hotspot function but I ran into the same issue. Any help would be appreciated, as I would actually like to play the game I payed for, thanks.

[EDIT] I just turned the game on again and I can connect to the East US and North Central US datacentres but nothing else, including the aformentioned Autralian servers.
