titanfall Xbox one digital copy

I purchased the xbox one titanfall bundle and it worked sorta. Sometimes it would freeze but worked mostly. Then recently it started freezing constantly. I have opened all ports and my Nat type is open. I had reset my xbox one numerous times. I uninstalled and reinstalled to the point we're it wouldn't even load now. So my friend let me borrow the disc version and I uninstalled the digital version and then installed the disc version. The disc worked fine. I took the disc out and the now the digital version works fine. I'm confused on how this fixed the problem. The only thing that happened is that my player rank got reset to 1. I really just want to know if something is wrong with my xbox.
