Titanfall Xbox One support

Last Week while i was playing my game frozed and made a loud beeping noise. so i went back to the dashboard and quit the game, load back up and i got a achivement for winning 50 hardpoint matches (at the time i was at 24% so 12 wins) it also brought my Last Titan Stading and Pilot Hunter up to a 60% and my capture the flag to a 30%(i already had my 50 attrition done). so now when i win a LTS/Pilot Hunter/or CTF my Precent stays the same and wont change, is that EA promblem or Xbox Promblem? I Hard Reset my xbox. nothing changed. For other Games it still pop achivements and bring % up, but not on titan fall. any help?
