titanfall xboxone in game double.screen affect

Only had the game a week it's downloaded to xboxone was working fine now all of a sudden when in game the screen flashes when you first die and previous screen,play is showing up faintly making it nearly impossible to play I have pics of screen to explain better what I mean. Tried turning xboxone off and on still having problems and lines are blocking out words or letters on main,menu screen please help x
